How do people like hampa and non moderartor people have animated avys, but when i go to upload one it says i cant!!

You have to have Toriprime to upload an animated avatar. It costs $10 a year. It allows you to change your user title, put images in your signature, access a secret board and use the search function.

You need to buy Toriprime for 10$ from here to use animated avatars.
Toriprime also gives you:
Have up to 20 sig lines,
Use a sigpic of up to 450x100,
Access to a toriprime only forum,
The ability to change your usertitle (Where it says member, junior member, etc).

I didnt know it gave u a animated avy, or u could just pay a moderatora ridulos amount for one of those things xD

I wouldn't recommend trying.
