So guys, should I buy it?

Does it run tb with shaders?
That GMA accelerator sucks, if you want to play games then don't get anything with a simple intel chip, it wont run toribash with 30fps shaders on. (The CPU it's self is fine, however)

Go for something made by ATI or Nvidia, and check the performance.
Just what price is your limit and what does this thing cost? This looks to be more of a media center pc than a gaming pc.

The intel video card will be bad. Even if it has the right stuff to run tb with shaders, it will be VERY slow.

I would go for an Ati/nvidia card as voxus said. What else will you be doing though? Kinda stupid to buy a gpu upgrade just for one game. Pretty sure a better pc could be built for the same price and run actual games too.

What about this one?
ATI's 5000 series is in my opinion the best. I have a 5870 (not that much diff from 5570) and i can run RTRT @ 60 fps. If you want a major boost (if you have enough money, ofc) then get an intel i7. It has 8 cores. Nuff said

Not true. They have 4 physical cores. They display 8 because of a technology called hyper-threading.
The CPU with most cores available right now is the AMD Phenom II X6 (6 cores in total).

PS: sure there are CPU's with more than that, but they're not sold for domestic market, they're for enterprises, supercomputers.

they're also not i7's, from the research that i've been doing (from stuff that voxus has linked in other threads and some on my own time) games currently dont need 6 cores. infact the "optimal" performance per core is achieved with a triple core

whereas an awesome dual core will suit you fine currently the way to go for future reference is going to probably only be a quad core. 6 core processors currently aren't made for gaming i mean AMD knows that their 6 core processors aren't optimum for gaming on all 6 cores so when you're playing a game the processor turns off 3 cores and puts the output power into 3 cores turning it into an effective triple core processor for gaming. (read that from AMD) 6 cores currently are meant for running multiple processes and multitasking. so if i were to suggest a good system i would suggest a quad core system or a triple core system (whichever overclocks higher if you're into that)

the system you propose with the i5 would be GREAT for games, you wont notice too much of a performance difference between it and an i7

also there's an i7 on the market (or will be shortly) that is a 6 core processor
You don't say?
Oh yeah, the hexacore i7s were acually there before the amd offerings. They just cost $1000 :]

I am still wondering about your budget. Ray tracing is actually pretty demanding vs just shaders and I am starting to doubt if the 5570 would be good enough. The i5 sure is though. But if your budget is higher, you should definitely buy a better card. The 5870 is overkill, but maybe a 5770 or even consider the new gtx 460.
