[wip] first shot at vector head/set
Hey been interested in vector heads and sets lately and i decided to try it out..

this is what i have so far.

also if anyone can give me ideas on what to add ect ect it would be helpful.

Vectors are lines that retain their ratios, even if you change the size they'll still be as smooth as they were originally.

Vectors are also always smooth lines, no pixelation.
