Try either looking around the Art/Textures board for a head you like, or posting a request in the Request board.

Yes.
The only place you're allowed to ask people to make things for you is the
Request board. People won't make heads and such for free, though,
so make sure you have toricredits to back up your request.

We're not here to help people do things they don't want to because they can't be bothered.
It doesn't take long to search for a few heads you want or post a request.
You'll even find a few free heads threads if you look.

not like that im not good at heads so im paying them to do it get it

Which is why I said post a request in the Request board.
Alot more artists check that than here.
