Well idk If i can suggest, but I would suggest a rubbish bin, put all useless threads inside. Maybe a Clan event,so more people will come pouring in.

Change your system of stickies.
If you are gonna have a clan info sticky, do one post, then post the next information, then post more information.

Also, allow the applicant to freely express their application, so you won't make any mistakes when putting someone in.

The voting rights should allow each person to vote and express their own opinion, and don't do overriding from leaders. It's better if Majority Rules.

If someone is inactive for 1 month+ without a reason, allow them to re-apply.

Put up an event in the events board or make some tourneys, and promote Legion.

Set no belt restriction, for you never know what belts can show.

Get a promotion video to show legion is back or somethin.

Get a new banner that kicks ass.

Fix all of your grammar mistakes. (You can pm me, and I'll rewrite it free)

If the wibbles thread gets to spammy, delete it, or make a general discussion thread.
It's best if they just make a thread about their topic. But, instead of wibbles, you could always use an IRC channel. (PM me and I'll set that up free)

As dex said, make a rubbish bin so that all not needed threads don't clutter up the forum. Also, since you're reviving Legion, you could put all of the threads in a "The Old Legion" thread, then you can make it look like you reset the forum.

Get control of your members. Don't let them run amuck.
