If you bought an account:
"Account sales cannot be properly administrated by Nabi, since most account sales go through 3rd parties. As we cannot guarantee that accounts arrive from one end to the other, there are obvious problems that will happen. On the other hand, if account ownership can be proven, then I do believe we will be able to restore anything that was on the account. "
