the tags lacks lighting, flow and depth. a little colour variation wouldn't hurt.

What tags? And how do you want me to get depth and flow? If I got more colour variation put into it, it would look ridiculous.

I don't think the alien on the second one is to shiny their all pretty amazing,I think the middle one is not as great as the others though 10/10

Text is placed badly and hard to read. You might try to use the rule of thirds for focal placement. BG is quite nice, render might blend a bit too well on the right side. kinda lacks flow, but it might get better if you change the text.



Light is distracting as you already mentioned. Together with the long head it looks horrible. BG is meh, chin stands out too much imo. Color sheme is nicely chosen.



I don't know how much you did and how much the stock itself is contributing, but in fact, it looks quite nice.
Could use some text or probably something else in the BG, but I like it already.

2nd Sig: You already said the problem with the shiny alien, so there is nothing else I see.

3rd sig:According to me, the gun looks more drawn and the robot looks more animated
