I was just wondering if any of you guys were into tabletop gaming?
Maybe if enough of us were would could set a game of D&D or GURPS here on the forums or some where else.

Me and Krae already looked into that a while ago. I was surprised there wasn't any open source ones out there (that we could find).

Im sure we could find a way to play in forums.

Yeah I'm pretty sure we could do it but the only thing I'm not sure about is dice rolling.
We would need a group of 4 people at least. Then we would need to pick a game. I come from GURPS so that's my vote. Then we would need a GM. Every thing seems doable except for those dice rolls. I can't think of anything we do other than trust each other that nobody is cheating and that's not happening.

If you quote a post you get a number, the last X didgets (devided by whatever if need be)

You could always join Jim and me in Neverwinter Nights. Even though I am terrible and apparently "impatient".

Neverwinter Nights looks cool but a video game can't really have the kind of improvised tom foolery that a table top does.

I'm fucking UP for GMing if we do this. The idea of having post number determine roll isn't that awful, just divide by 5 and you've got yourself a d20. I could do it, I've got an innumerable amount of D&D 3.5 adventures. I'm not doing 4E, that would never work on the forum, seeing as dungeon tiles and minis are required for the system to work.

Just saying. We could TRY to download Fantasy Grounds legally again, but seriously I spent like 3 days trying to get that fucking software to work. Jim and I managed to log on, but the GM client refused to cooperate.
