Clan Story
Long Ago, There was a boy. A boy who claimed himself to be better then all the others..
but no matter what he said, he always gets beaten up by the elder.....
After all the years of getting bullied, he said "I will not take this anymore!, I will NOT allow those jerks to treat me like I am weak!! I AM NEUTRAL!" then he got the idea in his head that, he will make a clan..a very powerful clan that no-body can touch and he was gonna call that clan "Neutral".
Rules
1.No flaming other fellow clan members.
2.No Hacking In this clan.
3.Nobody is allowed to wear the clan tag without a tryout.
4.Have Fun
5.You MUST Deposit 200TC to NeutralBank BEFORE wearing the clan tag.
6.Post ATLEAST twice a week on [DSC]Neutral.

How to Earn the ranks
Leader - Only the founder of the clan can have this rank, unless he sais otherwise.
Co-Leader - To earn this rank .. either, the clan has a poll on "who should be the next co-leader of Neutral" OR if the founder of the clan elects them
General - To earn this rank you must defeat the leader 3times in a row
Elite - to earn this rank you must beat the Co-Leader OR Leader 3 times in Judo, Aikido and Wushu.
Dragon - To earn this rank you must be rich , wear "good" items have "good" replays and you must have a rank of at least 200 or lower
Ninja - To earn this rank you must proove to the leader , by showing the leader that you're good at free running and parkour, by meeting me in a server which the leader has an @ next to his name (A.K.A - op)
