One of My Friends were hacked And banned because his hacker made a forum post using his account with the violation of "Phishing".
Not once But TWICE!
He said that he tried to tell the admins but none took any action.
The First hack was when His TC was taken.

man, wrong forum you chose, you should mail support.

Email [email protected] and just make sure you have all the necessary proof that the account acctually belonged to him.
