Can you make a free LAN server
I am new to Toribash and I was wondering can you create LAN or TCP servers for free? And if so how?

You can't make servers for Toribash (LAN or otherwise) in version 3.1. There might be a release of a ToriLauncher application that allows you to do so in the future, though.

The application ToriLauncher wasn't the only way to create the server back in the day. You could edit the file tbserver.exe (i think thats what its called) with certain settings in this format -p -blah blah something like that. You wouldn't edit the file, but the shortcut you created.
