Foot texture?
Uh, I purchased both feet textures today, activated them, and, uh... the farthest down it goes in the Textures portion is to shins 
How do I, oh, upload the foot textures? O.o

Try using a different browser. I couldn't get them to display on Firefox even after clearing my cache.

Switched over to IE, got it working, but it says
"Upload Failed. Make sure the filetype is valid
Contact support for more information"
To a .png.
Is it also 128x128 like the rest of the textures? Or does it have different specs needed?

I suggest you make it a 128x128 (as it is), uncompressed, .TGA.
