once I was playing online when i came across someone called FantomRUS, he offered to sell me vampire force for 300 of the 320 tc's that i had. i transfered them to him but i didn't get the item in return, i will wait a day or two more but if they dont come, is there a way of repoting him or something?

Its true i checked his Trade History and he sent 300 tc to FantomRUS.

Trade history isn't acceptable proof. Unless you have screenshots of an arranged deal there is nothing we can do unfortunately.
