hold all
right rotating chest
raise shoulders
contract left pec, extend right
skip 30 frames

lower right shoulder
grip right hand
skip 11 frames

extend right glute, hip
skip 2 frames

contract right elbow, wrist
skip 13 frames

contracting right knee
p
