you can buy new items such as camo, and juryo. and join different (higher rank) official servers, (beginner, intermediate, semi-pro) your semi-pro atm.

Also post this in the beginner sanctuary next time and without the random bouncy smileys.

But to answer your question, you don't buy anything. QI is used to gain bailts and to be able to wear high quality items. This would be the short answer.

Qi, is how many games you've played it just allows you to join higher rank servers,obtain items that require higher qi and you get higher belts as your qi grows,but thats it.
