I put a in-game render in photoshop and take the RGB color and it give me something similar to 121 0 121.

Open Toribash go to the Torishop and click on 'TRY' next where is the velvet force.Take a screenshot, open any program of image editing and use the colour picker in the area where is the colour of velvet.It should give you a close colour or even the same.
