I have a question for you all.
Subways has many sandwhiches.
But think of this.
Getting a bread sandwich with lettuce tomatos american cheese, where is the fat in that, I don't see why this is not healthy, could someone tell my why? And what do you think this?
I do understand meat sandwiches and things like that can not be healthy.
But there are many people I know who says that makes me fat and not healthy.
