Acer or Toshiba
I'm gonna buy a new netbook but I'm confused about what should I buy... Acer or Toshiba? or any other suggestions?

Macs are very competitive at small screen sizes, you should look in to them. Very worth it.
You can always bootcamp it over to Windows or whatever.

will you be doing any real work on it, or is it just for entertainment?
For real work and entertainment, the new macbook air isn't too bad. Depending on your option, it uses solid state drives and is very fast and slim.
I would recommend a notebook though because you can probably find stronger computers with them. Netbook is more of the less powerful type laptop.
