A bounty is an amount of tc someone puts on another person if that person gets defeated. If you defeat someone with a bounty you will get that bounty prize.
If someone has a bounty text, it shows up below the persons name when they are fighting AFTER the bounty is claimed.

They have been having problems with that, Its been disabled for a while now. I'm not sure when it will be working so you will have to find people manually.

Mostly for fun, Bounty text is more of a funnything. Like some people has one like "______'s Bitch", those are for fun.
