I got full sets and it won't give me the achievements.
I had thoses full sets for 3 days or 2...

To my understanding it does take a while to update but never three days. You may want to check just to see if they actually are full sets first(silly mistakes do happen). The only other thing I can tell you is to wait another day and then pm and Admin about the issue. They will sort it out for you in no time. (although they may not like the idea of being bugged about an achievement)

Are you sure you finished the sets? Check again.

guys i just checked those sets they are full no items missing :v
usually takes 1 day to get the achievment (thats how it is for me anyway) so i dont know wats going on with urs
