I was watching this amazing video that seems legit, and apparently we all have a power, and Chi is this energy we all have and we can.. Uhh... How about you guys watch it instead?

Interesting, but you do realized even if we do have the power to channel chi most would be smart enough top pick out the phrase We all have the power As a cheap pick up line for a sales man with some self help Bs.

I do believe that with in all of us we have to power to achieve what we want, the magic of will power.

All this stuff you see is basically trying to show you the same thing, in essence trying to get people to believe and trust ect.

Yeah I think that most people who try and can't do it don't believe in it so they won't do that. I went online and found so self-help Chi books and vids.
I'm thinking about trying the meditation and getting the books and DvDs but I think its a scam Tbh.

Meditation actually works, altough I don't think it's something spiritual. Just sitting down for some time, doing nothing but thinking calms you down and it is relieving.
No need for books and stuff, internet + common sense go!

People take the concept of meditation way too far. (I mean voodoo level kind of far.)
It's a simple yet effective way to relieve stress. Nothing more, nothing less.

There is a spiritual body within every person, though, its hard to let it out, therefore, only those, who commited whole life to this art, can actually achieve something.

Spiritualism is pretty bullshit. Every part that I've investigated turned out to be some minor body maintenance. For instance, everything centered around being spiritual through movement is just a way to get you lymphatic system going.

Lymphatic system matches with the general flow of chi. Because it is believed that liquids are connected with it.

*sigh* It's not called chi...all asians can do this, it's the tradeoff for the small penis :P
