Person is badly cropped, as is the tori.
The text looks like you copied it from somewhere and just pasted it there.
The fractal (?) in the background is nice but I highly doubt you made it.
I'm not understanding the blurry effect you put on the person as it is fairly unappealing.

It seems like you should work on blending the elements together. Nothing really fits.
Maybe look up some tutorials on photo manipulation or even signature GFX.

Spend more time on it as it honestly looks pretty bad.

I don't take "it's my first one" as an excuse. It doesn't make it any better.

Is there supposed to be a cap on your head, or is it just badly cropped?
The pic is blurry, and its clearly visible.
Also, the black tribal brush used on your pic, it just makes it look worse.

Also, you cropped your tori nicely, but there are still kinda of pixelized white lines surrounding your tori.
If you don't know how to fix it, just use black shaders, take a pic and crop.
The background also needs to be black, so the pixelized lines wouldn't be visible.
