OK so i tried to reinstall TB 3.9, but it says i need admin rights.

I am the admin the only user on my pc.
I reinstalled windows and i get the same problem.?

Whats wrong here?

When running the installer, use "Run as administrator". Do the same when running the program. You can even right click it and go to properties to set it to always run with administrator rights.

If this doesn't work, then right click the installer and click the tab "security". From here, give your user account all permissions.

Fixxed, Somone upload there toribah for me works fine now.
