If you want to make a texture, learn some tuts.
If you want to buy a texture, check the market.
If you want to display a set, pose it and screenshot it. Then upload it to somewhere like Imgur or flickr.

Ahh, once the picture is uploaded in Imgur or photobucket etc...

This is an example of a signature, you can only add a picture into your signature if you have ToriPrime or VIP (you can buy these here). I'm not sure what you mean by the screenshots though, could you maybe try explain that in a bit more detail?
