How do people get Emotes which flash in different colours? Please explain how this is done, thanks

Type /em ^[number here]^[another number]^[another number] etc
example: /em ^02H^03E^04L^05L^06O^07 U^08M^09B^10R^11E
that will be HELLO UMBRE

Doesn't seem to work if you go above 100, and if it's less than one digit put a 0 in front of it.

Use different colors and type the same message over and over, each time with a different color.

No other way besides that.
