an helikick at wushu is:-
left rotate chest.
contracting left pecs.
lowering left shoulder.
extending both glutes.
contracting both knee.
extending right ankel.
extending left hip.
space(after 50 frames):-
extend both elbows & wrists.
contract left hip.
extend both knees.
extend right hip.
left rotate chest.
extend left pecs.
contract right pecs.
