Not bad, looks nice but it also looks simple and you could add more colors than just Black and Grey.
Try making the banner much more entertaining to look at by.:

1. Making a round-Triangle or some other shape, cause the ^that^ kind of shape is used on most of the banner's and looks quite unoriginal.
2. Look at some other clan banners such as the [Tint] banner, maybe it would give you inspiration to do something amazing.

The text looks very pasted, try to blend it in with those brushes you used. And don't use those brushes randomly, try to create flow with them.

I think u must add more color,also I like those blood splatter effects
