The shop restocks at the first of every month.

Be quick though, people wanting to buy stuff in here are like vultures.

Oh, and one more thing. Elf force requires 15,000 Qi to buy and wear. You cannot obtain it because you lack the necessary Qi. Qi is the number of matches you've played in, whether won or lost.
