I'm guessing its fake, that controller looks retarted and Sony isn't one for making shit products. So yeah I'm gonna go ahead and say its fake. but the wii 2... well I'm not sure.

Also i think sony is too busy with the ngp to release a ps4... also:
they will defenitely not know the exact release date.... im quite sure with that... you can be almost comkpletely sure that the ps4 thing is a fake

PS4 on that pic looks horrible.

They're not going to release a PS4 when they're still writing firmwares and changing the PSN to deal with the PS3 pirates.
Also that ps4 controller looks like the original design for the ps3 controller.
