There is a file on my computer that says something like autoupdate and when i open it it says stuff like head and foot and it might be for toribash but i want to make sure you guys are getting this file are you? plz tell me.

If it's running, check task manager. All I know is that these two aren't dangerous:

wuaclt.exe
ISUSPM.exe

No its more of a txt file kind of.

Yes it is toribash's update file. you dont need to worry or bother about it at all.
