How to Cancel a Subscription on PayPal
To cancel a Subscription on Paypal:
1. Log in to your PayPal account and go to the "History" subtab of the "My Account" tab.
2. Choose "Subscriptions" from the pull-down "Show" menu.
3. Press the "Submit" button. Choose this subscription, and click on its "Status."
4. You will be taken to a Transaction Details page from which you may cancel your subscription.
Canceling your subscription will immediately stop all future scheduled payments for this
subscription.
If you still can't cancel, try this:

4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
5. Click Search.
6. Click Details to view the details of a specific Subscription Creation.
7. Click Cancel Subscription.
8. Click Cancel Subscription again.
