So is it:

1) You announce beforehand
2) Tickets go on sale immediately
3) When sold out, soon it is drawn

or

1) Announce a time when they will be sold
2) When that time comes tickets are sold
3) Drawing soon

Oh wow, nice to see that this has been re implemented in a new and improved way.
Nice! I am assuming that these items will be taken out of Here right.

I think I helped plant this see in SkulFuk's head a few days ago and this is what he has done with it. Love it .

No exact time for the first one, but I will announce it when the time comes. All other lotteries after that will be added, and when they are green you can buy tickets. The lotteries will run until all tickets are sold, winner is randomly chosen and the prize is sent straight away. No delay.

Nah, if you don't win the first one then don't worry you can buy tickets for other ones. There will be plenty more lotteries with different prizes.
