Do you do liquid layouts? CSS? rounded corners? flash navbars? drop menus?
Websites range from text on a page to really nice stuff. You need to describe in more detail what you can do and have to offer OR have good examples.

Doing one without preset templates is hard.

I know plenty of HTML, and I can work my way around the Macromedia package. I can help him. The only problem is I wouldn't know where to host it.
I can help 0V3RL0RD if he lets me, and it wouldn't be some simple drag-and-drop webpage. I'm even planning on learning php one of these days.
