New Warnings System:
1 Warning = No punishment.
2 Warnings = 1 day clan suspension
3 Warnings = 3 day clan suspension
4 Warnings = 5 day clan suspension AND demotion.
5 Warnings = Kicked from clan

Warnings can be requested by any clan member.
If a warning is requested, a private poll thread is made by a DJ or higher in this format:
-Plaintiff: JDawg
-Defendant: Blam
-Complaint: "Said inappropriate things toward JDawg on the forums."

All members have 24 hours to vote on this poll:
-Guilty
-Not Guilty

In the result of a tie, the highest ranking member who is not the plaintiff or defendant makes the final decision.

In my example, Blam was the defendant, so the power to make the decision moves down to the next eligible member, VolcanoX.

At the first of each month, everyone's warnings should be reduced by 1, because [UNCE] is always willing to forgive and forget. d(^_^)b

I have changed what I think is important for change.
1. More leadership! It is difficult when you have a question and nobody is on to help you.
2. I believe that every member should have MSN, and getting it should be a requirement when recruiting.
3. Stricter, or at least better defined rules on how 'seniority' works. Please clarify the power that each rank has over the others, and the consequences of insubordination.

Shouldn't there be points? like, you start out with 5 then -1 for you if something bad happened. And I like how you did how many people are allowed in each group.

Points get confusing, because...

Wow trey, thats really good, Id vote for it, but there is no poll.

Also I agree with anes, I have ALOT of expierience in-game, but I'm only a blackbelt, because I play mostly in SP. I think the UNCE army thread is pretty crappy.
