No servers are popping up all i see is The title and 0-0 and when I try to open stderr.txt or servers.txt it says servers.txt is "accest denied"
Another thins is it wont let me change the security settings of it or delete it

As for your problem, make sure you're an administrator user. This may well be why your access to files is denied. Also, make sure your firewall isn't blocking Toribash.
