thats no excuse whatsoever, id say 2 warnings for something like that

1 warning... and demotion...

and honestly there are NO excuses behind this, its the UNCE server, not the V server. he may be an ally but he could do whatever he wanted, he could FARM TC with it and get our server taken away, so harsh penalties.
