I am looking for a program where you can edit your dock and shit for windows xp. I currently use DesktopX and the themes always have something wrong like only covers half the screen or when I change an icon it disappears. Anyways, I need something free and easy to use/edit possibly with premade templates and very customizable. Thanks.

stardock makes great programs for messing around with windows but seeing as you're already using desktopx you probably already know this much

only downside is all the excellent themes arent free but you can find good themes on wincustomize
