As you may have noticed by glancing at the Roster there are 2 spots open for Bouncers.

I think there should be some requirements as to who is nominated. Such as the following:

• Fun - Are they easy to joke around with?
• Honest - When the time comes, you can tell the truth.
• Responsible - They know when work needs to be done.
• Proof of Responsibility - Show us an account of them being responsible.
• Reason Why They Should Be Nominated - Why should we allow them access to a higher level?

Nominations are when you elect (pick) someone other than yourself to a higher power. So, when doing these nominations, think the following:

• Smart - This person makes smart decisions.
• Wise - This person makes wisely judges opinions.
• Fun - This person is fun to talk and hang out with.

All the characteristics are common among our members. But, when submitting your nomination. Submit it in the following form:

Proof of Responsibility - I haven't really been in the clan long enough to see people show marked responsibility, but he seems like a mature guy.
Reason Why They Should Be Nominated - I think TehBasher should be nominated because he is experienced in both the game and the forums. He helps people out that aren't experienced at the game as he is, unlike a lot of Black Belts and Dans that treat noobs like crap. I think that he would be a good recruiter, because he has experience and would know if somebody was good or not. He also wouldn't recruit somebody who sucked. Also, he is ub3r.

Proof He has told me he ran his own clan, and he keeps thing orderly and is a mature guy.
Why? I believe TehBasher should get the nomination because he is a positive factor in this clan and he helps out everyone of every level. he is very active and is good in many different servers, allowing him to draw potential from all aspects of torbibash. and he has 1500+ post counts. and i have saved 5 of his voice recordings and i use them as AIM notifications.

This needs a bump. Even though you did say a post other than nominations would be deleted... okay here.

Reason Why They Should Be Nominated - TehBasher is one of the older members, and he seems to be a really nice guy. His experience should be put to good use
I believe he is also one of the only few members to not start conflicting in the clan (although this might have something to do with the fact that he's one of the newer members of UNCE). Although I don't know TehBasher well, he looks like the best person to be promoted in my opinion.

I will agree with that nomination of tehbasher, he is a skilled player, honest, funny, and although his clan died due to poor management, I think he has matured since then

It wasn't really poor management I just got sick of the whole leading a clan thing...
