in need only frame 0

I think this record is pointless as it's too specific and dull.

no ,why pointless ? pointless is the first perfect balance ,im almost sure that someone do it for dafe
but this is the fastest perfect balance .. larfen do it in 0+1 frame and i do it faster than larfen ...
