The Replay wasn't too good, but Overall it was okay. I think you have grasped the whole Idea of sparring, but the punches were Meh; You didn't go for straight attacks, You waited till you had made contact with Uke until you contracted your arm, this has made It look like your pulling him downwards. When you punch, you have too build momentum and then release it quickly and stylishly, you can build momentum in all different ways, the most common way is to do A spin, of such and this gathers speed.
The Run could be a bit more relaxed and controlled, It looks quite messy when your thighs were relaxed and you contracted them straight after, In 2347 you did this exactly and it makes it look weird and messes up the flow of the replay,When you run, try and make it look how you would run in real life and not just your arms pushed up to the side. Look at some of the fighting movie's how they have this relaxed, soulful kind of flow, try and use real life moves in a spar for maximum effect. If you fall down/Trip in any way use your hands for support. The kick that you did was quite bad in fact and you didn't touch Uke you merely swept your shin against the side of his head. Try and use your chest and rotate in the opposite direction and then rotate your chest back in the direction with your foot that your going to kick with following, hence A powerful kick.
I think you should of used Uke too fight as well, all you did is beat him up and he ran away and in fact he looked more relaxed than you, I think you could of made Uke throw a few punches and kicks and he could of blocked or dodged some aswell, you could of at least made him K.O at time but you failed to do this. Get some more realism know how and you should be able to do an Okay spar.
