theres is not sure tutorial for it , you need to be advance in the understandment of your tori and your gravity ingame

Sorry mate, Beginner Sanctuary doesn't deal with moves and such. Basically, keep symmetrical, extend ankles, lean back, spread legs, land on head then use chest and pecs to twist the desired direction.
