First and fore most, I apologize for anything that I may say that might upset people. I do want to be everybody's friend, but at the same time I expect you to be nice to everybody else in the clan, and not just me. I know that people say things behind others backs and I know that will happen regardless. I need to address some issues that I have noticed within this clan a couple already have been emphasize and been fulfilled in fixing, such as inactivity and spam.

The one thing that is causing this clan to get members to leave is arguments.

This clan argues way too much, and whenever I saw the following posts I was ready to yank the hair out of my head.

I mean seriously guys get your shit together. I want us to be like we used to be. I realize things are different with me being leader, but that shouldn't discourage anybody from being in the clan. This clan is on it's way to be a powerhouse, but that can't and will not happen without you guys acting civil.

I hate pointing fingers, and especially at a good friend, but, Anesthetik, you need to lighten up on many cases. You have an exceptionally low tolerance for anything moronic to be said, and as do I, but you need to realize that you don't have to go off on people. In the argument that I posted above, you realize that you started that whole argument. It was about nothing. It was about buying a new computer, why the need to argue? I mean he can do what he wants to, and you shouldn't try to deny him the rights to do so. I hate being mean to you but I would appreciate it if you were a little nicer to the members.

Also, anybody here on out getting caught in an argument with another member will be file with a warning.

What's said is said, and I won't keep going on and on, but some people in this clan need to grow up.

X... you forgot the killer bunny... and oh yeah... i agree with basically everything said in this... and another thing to everyone here, from now on, spamming will be on low tolerance, for instance: already in tehbasher's grounded thread have we gotten into talking about our parents' like and dislike this game... all posts seen as spam will now be removed

Yeah its my fault actually Kirby. i really dont see the point in upgrading a computer that is behind in technology anyways, it just annoys me so i figure if your parents are like mine, they would get a new one. i didnt mean to start anything, it was just a comment, so whatever.

I have been noticing some arguing since I joined, but honestly, it doesn't seem all that bad to me. Conflict is natural, and it seems like this clan actually doesn't have that much conflict compared to other ones. My brother is in triforce and his clan argues about something in almost every single thread they put out on there forums. I think we are doing pretty good.
