Skip 70 frames (Press Space 7 times)
Extend Both Hips
Contract Both knees
Extend Both elbows
Extend Both Wrists
Extend Abs
Raise Both Shoulders
Extend Neck
Contract Both Pecs
skip 40 Frames (Space 4 times)
Extend both knees
