Ontopic: The replay needs flow and a lot of it.

No need to stop you need to think what you are going to do after. Not think of it on the spot hense why you stopped in the first.

In the first jumb you need to get a little lower so you can jump more foward then upwards.

as same for the second one.

You need to practice flow more then anything though.
