A joint render is just an image. It isn't actually an item. The creator puts your head into the relax or force part and you can use it as an avatar etc.

And just a tip, fix up your spelling and grammar. It's "do", not "od", etc.

only if you actually have the same images, then its bannable. ''idea-theft'' isnt plagiarism. because you havnt copyrighted ur idea's .

funfact tho, i was the first to open an avatar shop after the ban of request shops. after me, alot of people have followed.
