User Cp > Edit signature

You can have two lines in there, You can also buy a Toriprime which allows you to have a picture in your signature. And after that you can buy VIP which gives you a much larger avatar and sig, A symbol ( like the @ next to my name ). You can also put animated avatars and sig's with VIP.
