I have looked at the math of the In-game announcement.

There are 367 pages, each page has 20 logs on it.

So 367 x 20 = 7340

Announcements cost 10k.

7340 x 10 = 73400

Thats the K value so let make it in TC.

73400 x 1000 = 73400000tc

That is, 73 Milion 400 Thousand TC, Now that is the max.
Say 50% of the people are vip

73400000 / 1.5 = 48933333 That is stil a lot of tc.
That is, 48 Million 933 Thousand 333 TC

It is an amazing ammount of TC, Good job guys.
How much more do we have to sink untill we are in the "Green Zone".
How much is in circulation.

Note: This is not including the TC sunk durring other methods.

Very impressive. But, tc will never go out of stock. Bots like ToriBot and ToriInvite literally have infinite tc. The only problem is: the more tc in circulation=the less the rate of each tc is worth.
inq.
The various TC sink methods have certainly been successful, although it's probably too early for us to tell if they're has been any noticable effect on the market (although I have noticed a distinct drop in TC to USD exchange rates lately, and the amount of TC being sold.)

In terms of the 'green zone', there is no specific amount of TC which must be sunk afaik, as the TC can simply be decreased or increased to suit the economic conditions.

somehow, I don't think that's right. I'm no economic wizard, but if they had infinite amounts of tc lying around, tc would be worthless and there would be no need for sinks, because they could just reimburse the tc again and again if they wanted to, right?

It all depends on weather they do or they don't, or how they do it.

Certain accounts do have the ability to create and destroy TC, but they do not inject into general circulation, so it has no impact on the overall value of TC.
Quit, probably.

Yup, that is the only problem.

In order to maintain the static TC:USD trading ratio the staff have to constantly sink TC.

The whole idea of being required to sink TC came from the falling rate of buying TC with real world money. The value of TC just kept falling as people bought more TC from Nabi, especially in the monthly packs. The end result was that most people were rich, which means there was a shitload of tc just sitting around doing nothing, which is very very bad.

So anyway, TC sinks make those that save their TC even richer
Keep in mind that about 70% or more of these broadcasts are done for free via ingame admins such as GMs.

Still though, that's a lot of TC.
I could do a lot of bad marketing with 70 mil.
