Uhmm... you see im just a begginer and when i downloaded the toribash and launch it ... it has an unknown language or whatsoever ..... i cant understand it and when i try it on my 2nd PC it works properly it has a english language .... someone help?? please ... by the way i use WINDOWS 7 ...

Try download the toribash again from here:
http://www.toribash.com/downloads.php

Just choose your operacional system.
If does dont work, you'll need to contact with some admin (red names)
You can talk with they in the IRC (Here) or via PM (Admin list)

And if that does not work, try to updat your drivers, the same appened to me.
And if you dont know how to update your drivers go on youtube and search.
