Muffindo - Very active and the best council member we have. He can stay forever.

Remove all the inactive ones. And if they complain. They can re-apply.
It's pathetic how there are only about 4 or 5 votes per clan that goes through.

Then we can start recruiting again. But only the active ones that have good judgement and reasoning.

It's not like there's a limit on how many people there can be in the usergroup. All that matters is that we have a good number of active people. Just post an activity check, and ask them to explain why they've been inactive. Then remove the inactive ones who aren't the best at the job.

No use in having people there that are members of the usergroup that don't actually do anything.
We want activity and proper reasoning behind decisions from members that can be bothered.

Activity check won't do shit. If they don't do the job. Why should they be on the list?
If they get removed and want to get back in, they can reapply. Maybe this will cause those that don't do anything to remember that they have to do the job to remain a council member.

Sometimes, you have to show that their is a consequence to get things done. Other wise they will always think "Yeah, they won't remove me. I can just sit here with access without doing my job."

All I'm saying is, keep the decent voters, recruit more when we need them.

No use being a decent voter if you don't vote.
