I am looking to select at the very least 2 - 3 local moderators who display a good understanding of the purpose of this board and are willing to do a bit of hard work and pick up some moderation skills along the way. I am not going to give you a set application format.

No, belts have nothing to do with any moderating positions(Except maybe GM, but whatever).
